Responsible for verification of client insurance benefits, review of ongoing managed care and processing of new insurance coverage for clients. Works directly with clients regarding outstanding balances due. Has direct contact with clinicians and provides support/assistance for them with regard to client insurance matters. Also provides backup for benefits staff.
Must have good computer knowledge, excellent phone skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task and attention to detail a must. Needs to be a team player!. Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week.

Medicaid Benefits Specialist

This position is responsible for assisting clients with Medicaid Benefits application completion and maintenance, as well as managing "in and out" Medicaid status, re-determinations, pending status, lapse review and other benefit related duties. The successful applicant must have good computer knowledge, telephone skills, ability to work independently, multi-task and attention to detail. Needs to be a team player! Position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year relevant experience. Medicaid Benefits Specialist experience in the mental health field preferred.
Monday through Friday-40 hours per week. |
