Employee Benefit Summary
The Mental Health Center offers a comprehensive array of benefits including leave time, tuition assistance, as well as health, disability, and life insurances. The following is a summary of the many benefits The Center offers its employees.
• Dental Insurance
The Center pays 100% of the premium cost for individual coverage. Additional premium cost for dependents.
• Employee Assistance Program - Anthem EAP
The Employee Assistance Program was established to help employees and members of their household deal with life issues that can sometimes interfere with job performance and personal well-being. Services can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by calling 1-800-647-9151.
• Employee Leave Time
The Center offers seven (7) paid holidays per year, along with a generous Personal Time Off (PTO) policy, intended to provide leave time for vacations, illnesses and personal time. Extended Illness Leave (EIL) is available for serious illnesses requiring longer absences from work.
• Employee Reimbursement Accounts
This benefit offers the option of redirecting a portion of salary to a tax-free account for Dependent Care or Health Care Expenses
• Health Insurance – Harvard Pilgrim
› HMO – The Center pays 100%
of the premium cost for individual coverage for those enrolled
in the HMO. Additional premium cost for dependents.
› POS – Available to employees
for a premium cost. Additional premium cost for dependents.
› Waiver Option – Available with
proof of coverage under another plan - $1,500 annually
• Licensure/Certification
Reimbursement
up to $150 per year towards licensure/certification fees.
Supervision is also provided to meet certification requirements.
• Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Insurance
Benefit is 1 times annual salary. Premium
100% Center paid.
• Long-Term Disability Insurance
Benefit equals 60% of salary after 90 consecutive days of
disability. Premium 100% Center paid.
• Short-Term Disability Insurance
Benefit equals 60% of salary after 30 days of disability
and payable for nine weeks. Premium 100% Center paid.
• Tax Sheltered Annuity - Lincoln Financial Group
After one
year of service, contributions to the Tax Sheltered Annuity
will be matched up to a maximum of 5% of earnings.
• Training Opportunities
Numerous
in-house training opportunities are offered monthly to employees
to expand knowledge and improve the quality of care provided.
Many offerings provide necessary CEU’s required for
relicensing and or recertification.
• Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance
shall be available for the purpose of obtaining a degree or
certificate in areas of study relevant to The Center's operations.
50% tuition cost up to annual maximum of $1,500/$2,500. Tuition
assistance is offered contingent upon funding availability.
• Dental Insurance
The Center pays 100% of the premium
cost for individual coverage. Additional premium cost for
dependents.
• Employee Assistance Program - Resource Management Consultants
The Employee Assistance Program was established to help employees and members of their household deal with life issues that can sometimes interfere with job performance and personal well-being. Services can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by contacting (RMC) directly at 1-800-332.7998.
